Miramar Beach, Goa

The golden beach that features an array of palm trees is one of the most popular beaches in the state. Located around a kilmetre away from the confluence of Mandovi River and the Arabian Sea, this beach is undoubtedly the best for a relaxed beach walk. To add to the quiet, no water sport activity is allowed on this beach because of strong undercurrents of the sea water. However, you might see a couple of people jet-skiing at the beach which is only done on the days when the current is not that strong.

The beach is just 3 km away from Panaji and is adjacent to the very popular attraction, Aguada Fort. This makes the place fairly accessible by every mode of transport.
